Recipe: Wholemeal Bread

Ingredients

High Protein Flour - 213gm
Wholemeal Flour - 37gm
Instant Yeast - 4gm
Milk - 150gm
Sugar - 25gm
Salted Butter - 15gm

Method

  1. Prepare a bowl, mix High Protein Flour and Wholemeal Flour together. 
  2. Gradually add in Instant Yeast and mix it again.
  3. After that, put in Milk, Sugar and Butter and mix it well. 
  4. Cover the mixing bowl with the dough in it with clean kitchen towel and let it prove for about 1 hour or till the dough doubled it size.  
  5. Prepare the loaf tin by applying some corn oil or butter onto it.
  6. Transfer the dough into the loaf tin and bake at 170'c for around 20-25 mins.
