Ingredients
High Protein Flour - 213gm
Wholemeal Flour - 37gm
Instant Yeast - 4gm
Milk - 150gm
Sugar - 25gm
Salted Butter - 15gm
Method
- Prepare a bowl, mix High Protein Flour and Wholemeal Flour together.
- Gradually add in Instant Yeast and mix it again.
- After that, put in Milk, Sugar and Butter and mix it well.
- Cover the mixing bowl with the dough in it with clean kitchen towel and let it prove for about 1 hour or till the dough doubled it size.
- Prepare the loaf tin by applying some corn oil or butter onto it.
- Transfer the dough into the loaf tin and bake at 170'c for around 20-25 mins.
